This is a mirrored copy of raven1.net, an American website that went offline sometime after 2010 and has not resurfaced anywhere else since. The site covered organized stalking and electronic harassment as its central subject, and hosted a large secondary collection known as the Mind Control Forum — declassified CIA MKULTRA project documents, COINTELPRO records, and other material on mind-control research and government surveillance.

The material — particularly the declassified MKULTRA and COINTELPRO documents, and the historical record of the organized-stalking/electronic-harassment subject as it was documented in the 2000s — is not duplicated at this scale anywhere else that is currently online. Rather than let it disappear a second time, this copy is kept intact, exactly as it was mirrored, and hosted independently so it can be found and cited.
